Telegram Introduces new Features in The Updated Version

The heavily encrypted messaging platform, Telegram, has developed an updated version of its chat platform. This version will work on Android and iOS devices, with new features. A few notable features of Telegram 8.3 are secure content in group chats and Telegram channels. Along with that, the platform includes a feature that allows users to delete messages by using date and time. Users can also log in to Telegram using a confirmation call from the platform.

The company stated that the new secure content ability will support creators in protecting their published content on the platform. This feature confirms that this content has only been available for their daily audience. By now, users can also have full control over their online impressions, by giving them the ability to delete the messages by a particular date. This helps users find and delete specific chats on a specific date from the platform.

By using the protected content feature, group and channel owners can now put a limit on their content from the group chat or channel members. This feature controls message sharing and taking unauthorized screenshots, and sabotages the capability of saving media on the platform from channel posts. This feature has been introduced for content creators and channel admins to help secure their data in groups and channels. The feature of deleting messages by date, helps users delete specific messages on a particular date in their chat log. This is more convenient for the users, as now they can clear the chat history of a particular date or any single chat from the platform.

Besides these features, the platform now offers users the ability to log in via a confirmation call. Telegram has provided some devices with this option of logging into the account using a call that came from a dedicated helpline number. The user has to enter a one-time password in the application, which they receive from the call, and their account will be activated.

The chatbox of the platform also gets a wide variety of background displays to add some fun elements to the conversations. The developing team of Telegram has built some themes containing day and night modes, animated displays, and some bubble messaging widgets.
