Dopamine can be produced involving few foods into the daily diet, says dietitian
There are foods that can cheer up one to the highest levels. Facts are related to the talks that people who consume food with better nutrition are perfect and they stay healthy fit and fine. They are many factors that also state the one who feels stressed and is unwilling to consume food or undergoes some of the mood swings, few listed foods may change the mood for the betterment and make them distressed. Dopamine is such a hormone that makes one happy from the heart and relieves one mentally and physically. It brings changes in the mood swings and makes one relaxed. Dopamine is known to be considered as a happy chemical or pleasure chemical that enhances the mood. It assists the nerve cells to send messages to the other parts of the cells and communicate with the brain easily.
Consuming foods having dopamine ensures that the activity of being pleasured repeats in the future period also. Intake of dopamine not only enhances the mood and makes one happy, in fact it enhances the mood, memory, sleep and also provides the ability to focus on the specific task. The first food that people should consume is foods that are rich in vitamin B such as salmon, leafy green vegetables and eggs that are rich in protein. The foods rich in B vitamin produce lot of dopamine that synthesizes neurotransmitters comprising GABA. One should regularly have the intake of nuts and seeds that are high on protein source and a factor of amino acids. Nuts and seeds have tyrosine that break down into dopamine. Dairy products such as milk, cheese, yogurt and ice cream are very helpful. Chocolate is another ingredient that increases the dopamine content in the body and enhances the mood. Coffee due to high level caffeine can enhance the mood.
