And experts have said that there are some of the common ways through which one is destroying the liver and making it hard for one to keep the health good. Having a fatty liver is one of the biggest advantages one can have. Fatty liver or non- alcoholic fatty liver based diseases is a major threat for the body. An American expert stated that having a fatty liver may later lead to disease known as NASH, and the inflammation led due to it causes cirrhosis.

Fatty liver may lead to many disorders such as diabetes, obesity and several other diseases. Drinking of too much alcohol is very harmful for one. One who drinks alcohol daily can create scarring effect. If the drinking habit keeps on prolonging it may lead to alcoholic liver disease which would later lead to the transplantation of liver. Consuming trans-fat may affect adversely to liver it inflames the body. Consuming huge amount tans fat can lead to the permanent liver damage as they contain foods such as cooked, baked and fried foods. Having ultra-processed is mainly harmful for the body as it causes inflammation and lead to a diseases named cirrhosis. Smoking is other bad habit which may lead to harmful effects. Having huge supplements as alternatives or going to extreme diets thinking it may aid in getting a leaner body may also lead to liver damage.
