Health experts say that they are both advantageous and disadvantageous for the body as they may lead to few complications. The one who consumes grapes is going to thank from brain as it improves the cognitive health and enhances the memory. They are rich in anti-oxidants and help to decrease the oxidative stress. Grapes also improves the blood circulation in the body and brain. Grapes reduce the chances of inflammation in the body that are associated with mellitus and cardiovascular problems, asthma and type 2 mellitus. As grapes are filled with antioxidants, vitamin C & K and anthocyanins which reduces the inflammation. It helps in maintaining the blood pressure properly under control. It helps attain a better sleep due to the good amount of availability of melatonin in it. However, there is an adverse effect of consuming grapes, as it may lead to tummy ache and also may cause gas due to the presence and increase of fructose. The most beneficial reason of consuming the grapes are it boosts the immune system helps the body to fight against several diseases and keeps the body strong.
